If you already have a DHCP server on the network, then they should get the needed IPs.
If not, just open a console and type:
sudo ifconfig eth0 192.168.0.1 in one and
sudo ifconfig eth0 192.168.0.2 in the other.
Dont forfer to install SSH server in at least on of them
