Need a graphics card with TV out

Most nv will work just fine. you just have to install their driver. 
There's also a small tool on the repositories that will guide you with the TV Out.
Many ATIs (especially in laptops) will make some vertical artifacts on the TV.
Intel cards as far as I know wont work with TV Out. At least, I haven't been able to make my laptop see it.
