Instead of reinstalling Windows why don't you try reinstalling Xubuntu, so
you can use grub to boot both partitions, also check
this<https://help.ubuntu.com/community/?action=fullsearch&context=180&value=grub&titlesearch=Titles>and
ubuntu
forums <http://ubuntuforums.org> in order to solve certain grub problems.
