Installing Ubuntu from floppy disk?

Yes, we have Walmart here (www.walmart.ca). But their computers cost
more than $200.00.

Having said that, I agree that trying to install ubuntu on a Win3.1
machine might be somewhat unrewarding. The OP should consider buying a
newer machine.
