pcsx2 errors

I compiled pcsx2 from here.

It won't allow me to use a empty directory I made for a plugins
directory. Everytime I try, it makes a new pop up message. The
permissions of the directories are fine, and I even tried using empty
directories on my Desktop. I also tried checking out from subversion
and compiling that. The same problem kept happening.

How can I solve this problem?
