7.10 install using LVM over RAID1

I've got a blank machine that I'm about to install 7.10 onto.
I want it to use LVM over software RAID1.

I've done numerous Ubuntu installs, but have never done LVM 
or RAID before.

I know I have to use the alternate install CD, but what do
I have to do in the installer to get it to set up RAID1 and
then LVM over that (I know that while /boot can be RAIDed,
it has to remain outside of LVM.
