libsdl-stretch-dev: Missing C++ protection in header

Package: libsdl-stretch-dev
Version: 0.2.3-7
Severity: normal

SDL_stretch.h misses C++ protection, extern "C"...
and it includes "SDL_Video.h" which is by default in SDL, so I think
(but may be wrong) that it should include "SDL/SDL_Video.h"

Cheers.
