Right alt key

I believe that the right and left alt keys are handled differently for some
locations (locales).  It was quite interesting using a Norwegian keyboard.
I think that your choices are to (1) learn to use the left alt key more (for
example left-alt-d in a browser to select the location/url) or (2) find out
how to map the keys.
I have been doing (1).
