Pager Ctrl + F2 does not work

Hi everyone,

I just upgraded to gutsy today from fawn, and after restarting my Ctrl + Fn
keys don't work to switch desktops on pager.  If I'm in a terminal, Ctrl +
F2 just prints the character 'Q' , and F3 gives me 'R'.  Other key combos
seem to work  (Alt + F4).

I'm using a USB Das Keyboard, kernel output below.  Anyone know what this is
from?  I'm suspecting some type of locale or other keyboard config?
