calendar/alarm recommendation

Hi, 
The same here: Alarm is working properly incl snoozing !

Another problem:

Entering a new appointment and selecting i.e. today 8.00 shows:
Weekday = Sunday and then November 14th !!

Another try:
Entering a second appointment selecting i.e. New Year'08 on TUE gives:
Sunday, 1. January 2008 !!!

Why is the weekdays always "SUNDAY" ???
