VGA mode not support

You have an LCD monitor that does not support resolutions above 60Hz (although 
I may be wrong about the exact resolution your monitor supports). I have the 
same problem on my AOC LM525 - which cannot support 60Hz and up. But this 
only happens while booting and shutting down.
