Hey,
  If you're using a dedicated box for routing/firewall then I'd
recommend Smoothwall ( www.smoothwall.org ).
  It will most likely do everything you're after and is administered by
a web gui.
  It's easy to use and supports up to 4 interfaces (Web, LAN, DMZ,
Wireless). You can do much the same with an Ubuntu-server install and
webmin, but Smoothwall is a nice, elegant solution.
