It‘s most probably American Typewriter medium. Several foundries supply
it. I would suggest you try wwww.itcfonts.com, where you ought to can
buy and download it. Windows TrueType of Windows Postscript formats will
work with most apps. OpenType should work more universally in the near
future.

I suspect you won’t get a free version of this font, but it‘s probably
fairly inexpensive to download.
