FQDN Misery Re: To: Postfix, Mutt And No Root Mail? & amavisd-new Install

Forgive this top post but, forgot to mention running
Feisty(upt0date) desktop and not a server, if it makes
any difference. My response is below:

Read rhe ref. Thanks. So, if I understand correctly,
all i have to do is add:
ubuntu.gateway.2wire.net.
to my hosts file and I done?

The above is all greek to me. So, if not absolutely
necessary, I'd just soon not do it.
