Create a password using the name of the site, e.g. amazon. Once that
is typed in, press the home key to position the insertion point at
the beginning of the word. Now type your favorite static password,
say p4ssw0rd, one letter at a time, with a right-arrow after each
letter typed. The result will be something like:

pa4msaszwo0nrd

Unique for each site, easy to remember for each site, and defeats
keystroke loggers or shoulder surfers.
