I don't think there's Perl or Lisp support yet, but the new version of
NetBeans (due out in December) does at least Java, C/C++, Ruby, and
PHP, and it's a joy to work with. The architecture was changed to make
it easier to add more languages in the future, and we're always looking
more more contributors.
