When I try to capture video from a Canon camcorder with KINO, a sign
pops up in "edit preferences" under IEEE 1384 label to say that the IEEE
1384 module is not working, however the card is listed by hardware
manager. All software that has to do with IEEE 1384 in Synaptic looks
installed. I tried a second firewire card with same result. Anybody
knows what to do?
