Gutsy DVD download fails

I've tried for 2 days now to download the Gutsy DVD (from my 7.10 system):
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/dvd/current/gutsy-dvd-i386.iso
and it fails at 4.2G with "File size limit exceeded (core dumped)".

Tried with both standard browser download and wget, and I get the same.

Now here's the question: I only had enough spare room to do the download
on the second hard drive which is a FAT32 formated Windows XPPro drive
that I use for dual booting to troubleshoot customer problems. Does
FAT32 have a file size limitation?
