OpenExchange on Ubuntu

Has anyone recently been successful at installing OpenExchange?

The reason I ask is that I'm running into a couple of problems creating a
couple of the required .jar files. Specifically concurrent.jar and jsdk.jar.
Wondering if anyone has copies they could share?
