Just google for dynamic ip dns domain services. There's lots of them. Some
are free, and some you pay a low registration fee. Here's one that popped
up at the top of the search list

I have no idea whether they're any good because I don't use this kind of
service, but their website is laid out pretty well, and you can read up on
DNS services for home servers from their FAQ's. Also, you might check out
if your ISP has some similar offering that's already included in your DSL
package.
