Application menu info needed...???

I really have no idea after I had installed quite a few files, that 
under the menu Application it shows this below...Now this is on 6.10, 
now how do I get it to appear on 7.04...??? Like I said I do not know 
what file had added this new menu named  Debian under the applications 
menu...

Debian---->apps---->Database
                Games       Editing
                Help          Graphics
                Xshells       Hamradio
                                  Math
                                  Net
                                  Programming
                                  Shells
                                  Sounds
                                  System
                                  Techncial
                                  Text
                                   Tools
                                   Viewers

Just maybe this has happened to others, and if so how does one go about 
adding it too Feista 7.04...
