However, as can be seen on the Gutsy released schedule:

... the very first test image is due only in two weeks, so until then,
I assume the only way (that's what I did), is to manually modify your
sources.list file to point to point to the gutsy repo, then do an
"sudo apt-get dist-upgrade", old (and otherwise not recommended) style,
since I think the GUI/update manager won't detect Gutsy until the first
test image is released.

You might as well wait for said test image, since it is due in only 2
weeks, and seeing as there is nothing terribly exciting to look at so
early in the release cycle anyway...
