OK, that looks like Ubuntu Dapper (6.06 LTS). I guess you have to try
and find an older rar version which is linked again a glib2.3 version.
If you just want to unrar, consider using that package. Or you may want
to install the rar package from the Dapper multiverse, which should work
fine *keeping my fingers crossed*.
