Future of "Desktop Effects" in Feisty?

IMHO, its more less glitches then support. i found a wiki (sorry, i lost 
the link) that showed what the supported cards were (and there were 5 - 
6 listed. mostly ATI, nvidia and some nvidia spinnoffs).
