Future of "Desktop Effects" in Feisty?

Currently, "Desktop Effects" are marked experimental in Feisty, and for
good reason. I regularly notice visual glitches (e.g. new windows coming
up empty when they in fact have content), both in an Intel and an NVidia
graphics based computer.

Is there any plan to clear the remaining issues for Feisty? Or will I
have to wait for Gutsy?
