[ctl-linux] Capital t does not display on terminals

The problem of displaying shift-t as 'T' has been solved by
Carsten Aulbert.

Both of us had the same problem.
A specific comment line beginning with a 'T' in /etc/inputrc somehow was 
not commented out.

It's amazing that both Carsten and me had the same line uncommented in 
inputrc.
