Pan would be a news reader.  He'd be looking for a usenet service provider,
one would think.  But these days the young'uns keep talking about RSS as if
_that's_ news, so maybe the subject just doesn't say it all :-)

If you want an NNTP provider, I don't believe there's anything like a
comprehensive free news service since Individual.net went pay-to-play.
