Try hellanzb or sabnzbd. Both have the capability to do everything that 
NewsBin Pro does - they are just a bit more command-line oriented. I was 
using NewsBin Pro in Windows but now use SABnzbd in Windows (also 
available for Linux) and hellanzbd Linux.
