Fetchmail not getting all the messages

As of May 10th fetchmail stopped getting may mail from the Gmail
server. Its checking the server, its seeing that there are x number of
messages but its only getting some of them. Its getting none of the
Ubuntu list emails, nor five other lists emails but it is getting some
emails.

I dont even look at my gmail account because online because I download
them so it shouldnt think they are read.

Any idea why this is doing this?
