Installing .deb packages with apt-get

If apt-get does not need to do anything in addition to what you entered,
it will follow your command straight away. 
However, it will ask if it needs to do anything you did not specify,
e.g. satisfy additional dependencies, remove other packages, change
config files or whatever.
