I use my purchased copy of 'Microsoft Bookshelf 98' that includes
Encarta and all, from the time I migrated to GNU-Linux by running it
through Wine. For quite a long time I don't have any MSW in my machine,
I install it by running the 'setup.exe' through Wine. And it works
nicely.

As an encyclopedia, nothing can ever (the ever term is quite fuzzy
though) be better than wikipedia. And as a dictionary the Wordnet thing
is very very useful. I only lament if one Wordnet was available in my
language Bangla.
