delete files and folders

There's a program called "wipe" that will work on Ext3, but it isn't
guaranteed. I just used it recently myself, seems OK. But I don't think
it is safe against someone *really* determined. Best option is to wipe
the entire drive, and even that (AFAIK) isn't bullet-proof. Best off
obliterating the drive with a blowtorch or something.
