The affected filesystem went readonly because the need fixing due to
pending cached operation not commited because removable device was
unplugged unsafely before the operation ended
Fixing filesystems, require Windows for NTFS and FAT32, and fsck for EXT
filesystems.
Next time. Either right click eject the device on your gnome desktop and
wait until it tells you it can be removed safely before doing so.
or on console:
sync
umount /media/removabledevicename
for not bothering it next time. Create fstab entries with the sync
option for these devices.
