Dell TFT Monitor and Ubuntu 7.04

Hi Everybody,

Thanks for replying. I tried your suggestions but the problem
simply would not go away. Later, I realized that this problem does
not occur all the time, but when it occurs, there seemed to be
no other way but to restart the computer.

Now that problem is solved too. All it required was to press
the "Auto Adjust" button on the monitor control panel... and
I took this long to hit on this solution...
I still don't know who exactly is the culprit in this case... the
monitor, the XServer, or the video card driver (Intel 82G965),
but as long as this solution works, I am happy :-)
