eagle-usb-modules-source just won't install - missing kernel source

Hello,
I have just installed the eagle-modules-source package and the commands
./configure

 and

./configure --with-kernel-src=/lib/modules/`uname -r`/build

are running without any error.

If you run this commands are you in the source directory of the eagle
module source?
