Before we get all carried away with negative reports, time for one "Google
Earth working perfectly here" input. 32-bit Feisty on a measly Pentium
III 700 MHz, too. Aging GeForce FX5500 video using the proprietary
NVidia drivers.

My GE options are as follows in case it makes a difference:

3D View tab

Detail Area = Medium
Texture Colors = True Color, Compress = On
Anisotropic Filtering = Off
Labels/Icon Size = Medium
Graphics Mode = normal (not safe mode)
Show Lat/Long = UTM
Show Elevation = meters, km
Terrain Quality = 40%
Elevation Exaggeration = 1
Overview Map:
Map Size = 30%
Zoom Relation = infinity

The other settings are likely not relevant since it is genrally the 3d
stuff that makes a difference.

Jack
