encrypted file system or folder

truecrypt looks pretty good

How is truecrypt with simultanious access?
I want to setup an encrypted volume file on a shared drive.
and have multiple users access the encrypted volume.

is there away for an admin to setup a enrypted volume
and assign multiple keyfiles that will be able to open that volume?
