Horrid fonts in Feisty

Probably. These imperfections are small enough not to be jarring, and I
don't notice them.

What is irritating, is the synthetic emboldening that is enabled in
/etc/fonts/fonts.conf.  gvim tries to use a bold version of Andale Mono
(which doesn't exist) for syntax highlighting and gets the synthetic
version, which is horrid.
