Setting up a dumb terminal

I am in the process of setting up an Ubuntu station to be a dumb terminal.
I have successfully installed the ICA client and it works great. I even
think I have the auto-launching down also. I want to completely disable
everything except for the ICA client for the user. Basically the system
will startup, auto login and be in the application. If they try to exit the
application, they system should just shut down. Any ideas or input on how
to best do that?
