Horrid fonts in Feisty

Any chance for a screenshot? I've always thought that the default fonts
on my Ubuntu desktop look great. Ive been suprised to hear that some
people might prefer the way fonts are rendered in Windows. I remember
though that it took a few days for me to get used to the relative
thickness of the fonts in Ubuntu (Gnome). In my eyes the fonts in
Windows look more primitive. (My display is a CRT, which obviously
affects font rendering somewhat).
