6.06: Hardware SCSI RAID - recommendations?

Hello!

Can anyone recommend a SCSI RAID (hardware RAID, not fakeraid)
controller that works with Ubuntu Dapper 6.06 LTS?

The controller needs to work without binary modules and support hot
swappable disks.

Performance comparisons with SATA for a database server would also be
interesting :)
