Sun Sparc bug

I tried to install Ubuntu on Sun Sparc (SunBlade150). It appears that
there is SILO bug, so I unable to install it from CD. The suggested
solution was to have netinstall. How ever I was not clear about the
netinstall.

Is it possible to boot from floppy, then install every thing from
Internet, if yes, where is image for floppy.

For netinstall, do I need to have some server configured and setup beforehand.

SILO bug: Does it belong to Ubuntu CD or Solaris BIOS?

Sorry for very basic queries, but I could not find much useful or
straightforward from Internet.
