Trying to get a usb wireless networking adaptor working (D-Link DWL-G132)

I have the DLink WUA-2340 which is the 108 Mbps usb adapter I got to
help move very large files on my home network. It works under WinXP but
has never worked under Ubuntu. I currently have Feisty installed.
Lsusb produces the following:
