Chris,
Is this just a test or also a question?
If just a test - ignore the rest.
If a question:
Answer:
run these from a terminal:
sudo umount /mp3
mv /mp /music
Then edit the appropiate line in the /etc/fstab file to reflect the change.
Just find where /mp3 shows on the second column and change it to /music.
Then, again from a terminal:
sudo mount -a
