ff weird behaivior

I'm using Epiphany and this has been happening to me too every now and
then for a long time. Happeneds now in Feisty and I used to get it in
Edgy too - don't remember about Dapper. Some times the jumping doesn't
happen for a few days, but there have been times when it happened on
every second or third click. It's interesting that even when it's been
very frequent, I don't ever remember getting it two times in succession,
as if it couldn't happen two times in a row. I'm not quite sure about
this though.

I haven't been paying attention to this thing for a couple of months,
and I already thought that the problem has gone away (or perhaps it
happened so little that I didn't notice). But in the last couple of
weeks (not sure how long exactly) I've been experiencing it again.
