Install sun-java5-* from multiverse - and possibly use update-alternatives
to make the Sun java the default - and Tomcat at least works perfectly, ime
(you might want to reinstall Tomcat after that, so that it will pick up the
correct location for the JDK).  I'd expect the rest to work.
