installing libwxgtk problem

Hi,...

I have a problem with installing libwxgtk2.6.0, and many programs need this
library to run. each time i try to run sudo apt-get install libwxgtk2.6.0 ,
it fails. i think the problem that another library is needed, so what can i
do to solve this problem?
