Appreciate some help, cgi-script

Hi there,

 

Hopeing someone can help, when running a cgi-script for the cgi-bin, all
I get is the text version of the script, what am I doing wrong please

 

Running ubuntu with apache2, have see the permissions, but all it seems
to do is read the file and print the file out on screen
