DST +Evolution + Clock 2.14.3

Noticed something interesting today, I was setting some appointments and
alarm reminders in Evolution and with the Gnome clock applet expanded to
show the calendar month & appointment list at the bottom I get the
following:

1. Set appointment time in Evolution, say 3:00 P.M.
2. Gnome clock applet shows the appointment for 4:00 PM.

Figure it's a fluke & move the appointment to 4:00 PM. Gnome clock moves
the appointment to 5:00 PM.

So it appears to me that Evolution isn't synch'ing on the actual Ubuntu
clock & alarm reminders will be an hour late.

OS: Dapper (fully updated)
Clock: 2.14.3
Evolution: 2.6.1
DST: working just fine and synch'ed to 0.us.pool.ntp.org,
1.us.pool.ntp.org, and 2.us.pool.ntp.org. Clock is set for 12 hour.

Locales seem OK:

I suspect that this is due to the recent North American Daylight Savings
Time changes.

I do not have access to my Feisty machine until later so I can't check
to see if the same occurs there. Can't seem to find anything in
launchpad with similar.

Could one of you fine Dapper folks that have all updates installed check
to see if you have the same problem? I'd like a 2nd opinion before I
file a bug.
