Unable to partition

Where to run it. On MS windows?, there is no such command.

Thanks to all who provided me directions.

I am able to make it dual boot. Everything seems working fine :-)

I would like to write detailed experience on BLOG and whenever I
finishes that, will post URL on this mailing list.
